Most people are familiar with the term power washing. This method uses high water pressure to blast off algae, dirt, grease and grime. It has been used for decades as one of the only forms available to clean the exterior of roofs and buildings. As the industry has evolved, we have learned that power washing has the potential to cause extreme damage to many substrates like roofs and siding. Power washing is the right choice in some instances, like removing paint from a deck or thick algae from a concrete walkway. But for other situations, there are better options, like Soft Washing

Soft Washing is completely different from power washing. Instead of using high pressure, cleaning solutions are added to the water and sprayed at less intense pressures. These solutions are then rinsed off with a follow-up low pressure spray. This allows for efficient and powerful cleaning without the destructive force of power washing.
