Any homeowner who has paid for a slate roof to be installed knows, they are expensive. They not only look beautiful but last generally much longer then traditional asphalt shingles. These shingles can get extremely dirty and just a simple cleaning goes a long way. Our process doesn’t involve any pressure washing or walking on the roof because that would cause damage to the delicate slate. We do all the treatment from the gutter line which will remove all the black streaking that day.
Because of the nature of slate shingles, we sometimes cannot offer a roof cleaning warranty. If you look on the bright side and see our before and after pictures you will see a night and day difference.
