To clean an asphalt roof, we apply 1 to 2 coats of our roof cleaning treatment solution to your roof, removing all black streaking and killing all the dead growth. We then allow the weather and rain to remove the growth naturally. We don’t power wash roofs, as even light power washing will always remove granules from the roof, ultimately shortening the life of the roof. Sometimes companies will give it other names but, if all the growth comes off the day they treat it, they are power washing the roof
